Opened in October of 2007 RAW Sushi takes away the contemporary way of going out for sushi and brings a new innovative look at “going out” for sushi.

The extensive training under some of the finest sushi chef’s ranging back to Hong Kong, RAW’s menu offers an original and wide array of items from your traditional Nigiri and Sashimi to the Chef’s original Rattlesnake Roll and the Shut it Down Roll. RAW also offers our original, made in house, Ginger Soy Sauce which is sure to add that distinct flavor to the already wild ride of tastes you experience.

The décor is as innovative as the cuisine with its unique water feature to the layout and design. RAW is perfect for any dining occasion. Sushi classes are done monthly and full catering available from picking up a 100 piece tray to having one of our very own Chefs roll for your group at any location.
